Getting Started
  • We recommend beginning with a Foundations class designed specifically for beginners to learn the core principles of Pilates in a supportive and friendly environment. If you have concerns or injuries, or just want a little more private attention, you can also book a private Introductory session for the same cost as a group class. ($38) Three Introductory Private sessions can be taken for this discounted rate to get you started.   • Our class levels range from Foundations for beginners to Advanced for experienced practitioners. If you're unsure, contact us for a free consultation and we'll help you choose the best class for your needs. To learn more about our class levels, please check out this link for more information.

  • Our instructors are experienced in working with a variety of needs, including injuries. Private or semi-private sessions are available to provide personalized guidance. Please reach out to us at contact@rocpilates.com to discuss your specific needs.

  • Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows for movement. Bring a water bottle and socks (grip socks are recommended but not required).


Booking & Scheduling

  • We require 24 hours' notice to cancel a class without a charge. This helps us accommodate other clients and manage class sizes effectively. Late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from your account.

  • Absolutely! Private and semi-private sessions are available for personalized attention and tailored programming. Check out all of our private session offerings


Memberships & Pricing
  • We offer flexible memberships with 4, 8, or 12 classes per month, as well as single-class and class-pack options. Memberships include perks like class rollovers and discounts on workshops. Learn more here
