Getting Started

We recommend beginning with a Foundations class designed specifically for beginners to learn the core principles of Pilates in a supportive and friendly environment. If you have concerns or injuries, or just want a little more private attention, you can also book a private Introductory session for the same cost as a group class. ($38) Three Introductory Private sessions can be taken for this discounted rate to get you started. You can even do these first sessions with a friend if you like. Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows for movement. Bring a water bottle and socks (grip socks are recommended but not required).

We require 24 hours' notice to cancel a class without a charge. This helps us accommodate other clients and manage class sizes effectively. Late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from your account.

Memberships & Pricing
