Flow 2

The next step for students proficient in Flow 1, featuring an increased pace and higher expectations for movement vocabulary and machine knowledge. Focus on building speed, endurance, and independence while mastering intermediate exercises and modifications.


Challenge 1

For practitioners proficient in Flow 2 who are ready for advanced movements. Features a conservative pace with detailed breakdowns of complex exercises, requiring high client accountability and the ability to self-modify movements to meet individual needs.
