Diego, a native of Santa Fe, New Mexico, has always been captivated by the transformative power of movement. His classical ballet training led him to spend four years skating for the University of Denver’s figure skating team. However, a series of injuries prompted him to explore Pilates. After graduating with a BA in International Studies, Diego relocated to Rochester in 2022. Recently, he dove deeper into his pursuit for knowledge and completed BASI’s Pilates Comprehensive Teacher Training under the guidance of Amy de Sa at Pilates Denver in Denver, Colorado.

Diego aspires to continue his professional development at Evolution Pilates, where he aims to empower individuals to gain a deeper comprehension of their bodies and cultivate confidence in their Pilates practice!
