Part II: Classical and Contemporary Pilates Reformer.

Course participants can expect to learn the Classical and Contemporary Pilates Reformer repertoire from Beginner to Advanced levels. Upon the completion of the course, participants will be qualified to:
● Work according to the principles of Pilates and teach these principles to others.
● Assess posture and postural deviations.
● Create comprehensive and safe Pilates programs, tailored to individual needs.
● Modify exercises according to the ability and goals of clients.
● Demonstrate Pilates exercises at a high level
● Teach well-organized group classes that provide a comprehensive Pilates experience!

Independent Study Requirements
Observation Hours - 30 hours
Personal Practice Hours - 50 hours
Mentoring /Apprentice Teaching Hours - 35 hours total
2-4 hours Mentored private sessions
2-4 hours Mentored group classes
15 hours Apprentice teaching private sessions
15 hours Apprentice teaching group classes
Deposits & Fees
$100 non-refundable course reservation fee due TBA (to be applied toward total fees)
$2,000 Total course fee (includes reservation fee) due upon start of course work
Includes:
Course training manual and supplemental materials
Complimentary reformer classes at Evolution Pilates while completing personal practice hours
Studio use for personal practice, observation, and practice teaching hours. More detailed information on practice hours will be shared upon registration.

Anatomy Requirement
A course in Anatomy for Pilates, or its equivalent, is also required for completion of the Instructor Training. We can discuss options for this requirement at our first meeting.
