  • Mindbody is an app (click Here for the computer accessible version) we have clients use to schedule their sessions on a regular basis.

  • You can book yourself using the Mindbody booking app. Look for the class you want to take and pay for your spot to reserve. We have single classes, packages of 5 and 10, and memberships with prices ranging from $28 to $32 per class, respectively.

  • If you have worked on the Reformer before and don't have any serious injuries or conditions that we should know about, feel welcome to jump into a class. However, an intro session or two is a great way to have a discounted private session with us to deepen your practice AND we'd love to get to know you better and help you get the most out of our classes! Take a class and book an Intro!

  • 2-3 times per week feels great, but it really depends on what else you are doing in your life. Talk to your instructor about the best plan for your goals. The American College of Sports Medicine's current recommendation for exercise is that every adult 18-65 years of age should perform activities that maintain or increase muscular strength and endurance for a minimum of two days per week. Pilates counts!

  • Yes! Everyone can benefit from Pilates! There is a range of ways that exercises can be customized to your knowledge and ability level so that all can participate. Every race, gender, body, and ability are welcome! We’re not kidding! We have clients that are working with severe limitations as well as professional athletes at the studio. Let us help you find the program that works for you.

  • You can book yourself using the Mindbody booking app. Just be sure to look for an INTRODUCTORY SESSION and the time you want. Or email us at contact@rocpilates.com and we can help you get started.

  • Take our Introductory sessions to get started and then we can help match you with the best instructor to continue with private sessions. If you have a friend or family member who wants to join you, this can be done together. To check out what we offer, click here: Services and Fees

  • We offer a few levels (listed in order of least to greatest difficulty): Our INTRODUCTORY CLASS is for those new to Pilates or looking for more foundational work. Then we have our REFORMER STRETCH which offers a slower pace and lots of room to unwind and care for yourself. Our Reformer FLOW is a full-body workout at a comfortable pace and all levels are welcome. REFORMER CHALLENGE is going to be just that; a solid challenge for your whole body. ADVANCED REFORMER is reserved for those with lots of Pilates experience and a desire to work on some of those complex exercises in the Pilates repertoire. You'll see some online MAT classes, apprentice-led classes, and classes on other apparatus like the Pilates CHAIR or TOWER. These can be a great way to mix up your workout and find new ways to challenge the mind and body! See what is available here: Class Schedule

  • You have come to the right place! We can talk about this at your intro session or feel welcome to share your thoughts ahead of time by filling out our online intake form here: New Client Form. Many of our instructors have advanced degrees in exercise science and related fields so we are ready to help you get back to fearless movement in a safe and welcoming environment. Pilates is SAFE and can move at the pace you are comfortable with in order to best serve your needs and goals. We definitely recommend a private introductory session rather than a group class if you are coming with pain.
