pic_michelle Owner, Michelle Pritchard danced professionally in New York City and Los Angeles for ten years before returning to her hometown, Rochester NY, in 2007. She has worked in the fitness industry for over ten years as a personal trainer, yoga instructor, golf conditioning instructor, adjunct professor of dance, and Pilates instructor. Michelle holds an MFA in Dance from California State University, Long Beach and has taught Pilates and dance at SUNY Brockport, Loyola Marymount University, Orange Coast College, St. John Fisher College, the Nazareth Academy, La Dance Workshop, the Harro East Athletic Club, the Country Club of Rochester, and the Rochester City Ballet among others.

Michelle is certified to teach Pilates by the Kane School of Core Integration in New York City and by Body Arts Science International in Costa Mesa, California. In California, Michelle also studied Pilates with Karen Clippinger and earned a specialized Pilates certification for dance conditioning.

Instructor, Meghan Haight

“As a Pilates instructor I strive to utilize my knowledge of movement, Pilates, and other body therapies in order to assist clients in obtaining a strong and lean musculature, proper body alignment, and an increased mental focus and mind body coordination.”               

Meghan Haight has been dancing for over 20 years and it was while in college that she was introduced to and fell in love with Pilates. Meghan graduated from Point Park Conservatory with a BA in modern dance in 2001. Shortly after graduation Meghan moved to NYC in order to continue a career in the body arts. Meghan has been doing Pilates for 10 years and has completed her certification from Body Tonic Pilates Gymnasium. Meghan is currently teaching at Midtown Athletic club, Genesee Valley Club, Preferred Care, Allstars Talent, Nazareth Academy and Evolution Pilates. Meghan has Taught Pilates at SomaFit Day Spa in Georgetown D.C. , Reps in Maui Hawaii , and various locations in NYC.

Meghan enjoys teaching Pilates to all types of individuals: men, women, kids, athletes, those who are recovering from an injury, and people of all body types and various ages. By focusing on building core strength and overall body awareness, Meghan has helped many people gain total body flexibility, leanness, and confidence in general with Pilates. Meghan has taught Pilates for Men, Pilates for golf, Pre-Natal Pilates, and Pee-Wee Pilates group classes.

Kirstin Howard has been dancing for 15 years.  She completed her BFA degree in dance at Hamilton College and is finishing up her Master's in Performance & Choreography at The College at Brockport.  She has taught at local studios in Utica, NY along with chroeographing for high school musicals for 7 years.  Kirstin continues to travel to Utica during the summer to teach jazz and tap dance to students 7yrs - adult.  She is enjoying her newfound passion in Pilates instruction.  Kirstin is a proud mom of a 10 yr. old boy.
