Pilates Barre Workout in June!

Distinguished guest instructor, Kathy Diehl, will join us for the month of June to teach Pilates Barre classes at Evolution Pilates.  

Fridays at 5pm and Saturdays at 11:30am

Have you ever tried a Barre class? ...

The BARRE workout is a program that combines strength training, Pilates, and dance, with a toning focus on the butt, hips, and thighs. With the use of the ballet barre, upbeat music, and small props, the Barre workout involves deep muscle toning with intervals of cardiovascular work.  It is a total body workout that promises to energize the entire body!
