Mat class is a great way to tone the entire body! Joseph Pilates designed the mat work to lengthen, strengthen, and energize the body. Using small props, gravity, and precise positioning, the mat workout can be modified for all levels. Mats, towels, props, and water are provided but space is limited so reserve your space in our mat class today. Single classes and mat packages can be purchased in our online store located on the home page. We hope to see you there!
